The assignee will be informed of expected utility costs and other expenses related to the chosen property. We will assist with the lease negotiations, co-ordinate signatures and submission of lease to the authorities to ensure legal compliance. We follow-up with the landlord that agreed works are performed prior to move-in and we prepare an extensive check-in report with photos to document the condition of the property on the day of handover. Utility hook-ups, application for telephone, internet & SAT TV services are also included in our Home Search package. The assignee will receive a "survival kit" containing community information, "newcomer" information, useful telephone numbers and maps.
Sometimes temporary accommodation will be required before the assignee finds permanent housing or before he/she can move into the selected property. We will suggest suitable options within the budget and according to the assignee's requirements.
This service includes:

- Suggestion of 3-5 properties with photos & detailed description.
- Co-ordination of reservation or preparation of lease agreement.

Choosing the right school is usually the most anxiety provoking experience for parents whether the children are small and just starting on their journey in the educational system or teenagers where both existing and future education has to be taken into consideration. They will provide overview of the various options available and discuss differences with school system attended so far.
